I have a very old blog here. It hasn't been updated for a long time, but it ranks in Google for a couple of keywords.
I've now noticed I am getting comment spam - only a few so far, but I'm thinking there will be a lot more soon now everyone and their uncle are buying scrapebox (it posts comments on thousands of blogs where comments are open).
I've also noticed that other bloggers here are getting comment spam in quite large amounts.
We get notifications when new comments are posted, and can then go in and delete the comments if necessary. But there's no way I can see for a blog owner to prevent unwanted comments being posted to their blog in the first place.
An option whereby the blog owner can choose to moderate all comments before they are posted, would be very useful and would give me, for one, more confidence about making new posts to my EOS blog.
So if you read this Justin, are there any plans for this?
