when i try to book flights on the ryanair website, i am blocked when i press search for flights, because a security box comes up in which you have to write in the distorted letters displayed. no matter how many times i do it, another box comes up again and again.it was suggested that the antivirus ware may be to blame, but i have never had a problem before. there is no problem with other airlines. any suggestions?

It may seem a daft suggestion but are the letters in Caps or lower case

I have had this before, the website thinks you are a robot and therefore is asking for a manual input to prove otherwise. Is there an option to listen to the code? It happened to me when I booked my last flight, but wasn't never ending as yours seems to be.

I think you may have to pay a small administration fee to obtain the solution to the code

I noticed Ryanair have introduced the infuriating captcha codes when trying to check flight prices the other day. Probably to prevent price comparison sites quoting their fares. Problem is, when you try comparing fares on different dates, for example, it keeps insisting on new codes being entered, which makes using the site almost impossible for genuine comparisons. A real shot in their own foot. I understand the importance of online security, but captcha codes are a right pain in the ar5e. At least half of those I come across might as well be written in Arabic.
