Look on the bright side of things. For decades I have seen the British media turn rain forests into paper to lambast the Spanish for their about turns on property legislation; land grab and all that. I have yet to see one line of newsprint revealing that tens of thousands of homes that were illegally built were reprieved. Good news doesn't sell newspapers. Good luck with your quest and best wishes for a happy outcome.

thanks mike for the reply, i think we expect Spain to run like the uk, everthing isn't black and white in the world, i do feel the authorities have set everyone up, i know many people who's lives and health have been effected and if Spain wants to sell more houses to foreigners it must sort out the present situation. We love Spain, the weather, the spanish, their food but the legal system and politcs........!!!!!!!
