Someone just sent me a copy of the car accident insurance form in English, which I thought I'd share with you.
If you have a policy with a Spanish insurance company then the paperwork you will have will all be in Spanish. You can download this form, print it out and keep it in your car just in case. You can fill in the English copy as it's a European standard form.
