replacing a stolen escatura

returning home this week we arrived to find our home had been robbed and the safe containg the escatura for our spanish property stolen.

Need to know how difficult it is to replace and approx costs for the insurance claim...anyone else had to go through the same process that can give us any advice

You should be able to get a new escritura at the Notary that did the original they will charge a small fee
