- My name is Jennifer Grant, I am a tenant in Block 04! As some of you may be aware the pool keys were changed last week due to the lock being broken, due to this is spoke to the president of the community and have been advised of the following:
- Me llamo Jennifer Grant, soy inquilina del Bloque 04! Como algunos ya sabéis las llaves de la piscina se cambiaron debido a que la cerradura estaba rota, como hable con el presidente de la comunidad por este tema me he enterado de lo siguiente:

- There is a huge water bill that is unpaid, apparently around €2500, if this is not solved the whole development will be cut off from water next month! This means that all tenants and residents will obviously have to move out as we can’t live without water! Furthermore it means any of you renting short term could end up losing your tenants as they will arrive at a development with no water!
- Hay una gran facture de agua impagada, sobre los €2.500, si esto no se resuelve el complejo entero se quedara sin agua el mes que viene! Esto significa que todos los inquilinos y residentes tendremos que abandonar los edificios ya que no se puede vivir sin agua! Además si tenéis alquilado el apartamento a corta temporada os podéis encontrar con que los inquilinos lleguen y se encuentren sin agua!

- THIS IS NOT THE WORST! We are running on builders supply! A builder that is in insolvency proceedings as you must well know! If the water gets cut off even If the debt is paid there is no possible way they can reconnect it! We can’t have individual meters installed because there is no first occupancy licence!
- ESTO NO ES LO PEOR! Estamos con la conexión de obras! Como la promotora esta en situación de insolvencia como ya deberías saber! Si cortan el agua aunque luego se pague la deuda no existe posibilidad de reconexión! No podemos instalar contadores individuales porque no hay licencia de primera ocupación!

- I know these are very hard times for everyone but surely between all of us something can be done! NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE AN APARTMENT THEY CANNOT USE! I THERE IS NO WATER YOU CANT RENT, LIVE THERE OR SELL IT!
