just to let people know that Endesa is now charging customers a penalty of 14,10 + VAT for failure to install an ICP.
i just noticed this on our july electricity bill.
so it looks like they are starting to enforce the law that has been in effect since 2008.

I had my electrician come to sort me out with one, after i had been charged for 3 months worth of being without an ICP. Endesa are fining people, i didnt know private companys could do that.
Just in case my electricians number is 666394707 and cost me €50. www.costadelsky.com

Also, I was told on the phone that I would get the fines back, however nothing has appeared.... :(
