CPS check Spain

Hi, my partner is going back to take up a job in England, and they require a CPS (police check) from Spain, to prove she hasn´t done anything illegal while here.

How does she go about getting this? Any ideas?

If it were me I would visit your nearst National Police state and ask there.  That's generally where they handle this sort of thing...I think.

Police state, nice one ... not far off! Ok, we have found out we can get the antecedente penale certificate from Malaga, she just needs to take along  her passport and NIE certificate, plus 790 form, paid for at bank.

Was up doing some work with only one eye open...should just have gone to bed!

I sent an email to someone last night too and they just responded with ?????....it was just a load of letters typed together with no real meaning whatsoever.
