Grant Application in Asturias

Hola everyone, its a bit of a long shot this one but i am just in the process of starting up a business here in Asturias and am able to apply for a grant to help. However i do not know anything about the process, with regard to business plans, application forms etc. I don't suppose anyone out there has any experience of completing a grant application up here in Asturias do they?
