Believe it or not, as I read this, Rick Stein is on the telly with Rick Stein on Spain and he is going on about Cantabrian anchovies. He's in the factory explaining that individual anchovy is hand prepared and shaped by scissors before being canned.
Probably thats why they are so expensive, although he raves about the flavours of them.
Personally, i'm not a fishy person.

Yes I was watching that as well very interesting. Now we are on to snail's not really my cup of tea. But it looks a brilliant atmosphere there.
But yes that is why they are so expensive I must say I do like anchovies supposed to be good for you, but you never know these days.
