I just wanted to let you know that I am carrying out a market research for a security company specialising in temporary protection for vacant properties. They already work in the UK, France and Germany and their solutions are new for the Spanish market.
They fit steel doors and windows, and wireless alarms. All are rentals and the products are removed once the property is occupied. Their goal is to protect against squatters, burglars and vandals.
