Townhouse in Mijas near the racecourse

I have a brand new townhouse that my family and I wont be moving into just yet. I'd like some decent long term tenants so it can be looked after until we do decide to make the move (A few years away at the moment!).
It's listed in the rentals section on this site also - Its called Jockey villas and will be fully furnished and ready by the beginning of AugustPlease e-mail for more info if you're interested!

We prefer it if people keep their rental listings in the specific rentals section on the website, and not use the forum for this, or else it will just get bogged down with rentals lists.
This section should be used to discuss matters relating to renting your property.
