Car hire from home is it legal

I would like to rent cars from my home ,is it legal or do I need a commercial unit. I know people do all kinds of things here ,but I would like to stay on the right side of the law. Can anybody help.

I googled 'starting a business in Spain' and got a long list of websites. This was one .-

As for the premises. I know that some communities have rules on what is permitted so, if that apples, I suggest you ask your President or Admin.

To do this legally,you would need to apply for a "change of use licence" for your home.....
This would probably be so cost prohibitive that it wouldn't be worth your while.
When you consider Insurance,taxes etc....

When you apply for you licence to operate a car hire company, you will need to provide proof that you have a business address suitable for the parking of cars. I do not believe that residential premises would be acceptable.
Also, are you aware that you need to have 10 cars before the licence will be granted?
