COMMUNITY OF OWNERS LAW IN SPAIN

Please can Maria de Castro explain the following.

I don’t know if it is possible to get a view where there is mixed property, i.e. as we are – villas and aparments. This Law  seems to only deal with urbanizations  that are apartments.

Urbanisations exist of villas, town house, apartments - whatever

Some share less and others more.

Sometimes even the most independent looking villa is part of a community although fees may be minimal and jsut to do with the upkeep of some private/public road.

Houses on rural/rustic land tend not to be part a community.

You can have macro and micro communities.

 Sama Law applies for urbanizations where villas and apartments are together.
