Larios 2000 Court Case

HI. Does anyone out there have any more information on the ongoing court case involving Larios 2000 and the Jardin Tropical debacle?? We were potential buyers until it all went belly up when Larios went into liquidation and took all our money with them.. We have a lawyer working on the case (very very slowly) but would be very interested to hear from anyone who may be using different solictors and the advice/info that they may have been given...

Richard, my understanding about this case is that it is very complicated. I believe even the bank guarantees were never valid. This case has been going on for some time now.
What has your lawyer stated about the case?
Also, have you posted in the actual Jardin Tropical message board? There are other buyers registered for this development that have used the message board.
