Puppy Vaccionations

I have been to 2 vets with my new Bichon Maltese Puppy he is 14 weeks had 2 vaccionations 1 vet said we can let him out in 1 week & the other said he cant go out until he has had his 3rd booster in 3 weeks then 2 days after that . I just want to do what is right for him i know in the UK they get 2 sets hence why i am asking, Thanks in advance,

Our pups , last year, had 4 innoculations in total ,possibly because they were only 8 weeks of age. The last one, 2 months later, being the rabies jab which is not normally given in UK.
