Bank Charges for paying bills

Does anyone know the bank to choose which has the lowest rates for paying utility bills etc. Also what the bank charges are either monthly or yearly? Which  banks do not charge when you transfer your money from UK to Spainish bank account? Any bank information would be helpful.
