Problems with Teleast again..

Hi,

Wanted to watch F1 today, but it seems the Teleast system has failed again

Anyone having problems with teleast at the moment in the valle del sol region?

It looks like their service has failed for us since their last visit only two weeks ago!

Funny enough the office did say at the time they were very busy etc etc with all their clients, I'm not surprised..

Why then did they send two people to look at our villa!

Think it could be time for a change again..

yes we have lost tv american movie channels and been replaced

with 5 USA and 5star.

a few weeks ago it kept losing channels and saying

your subscriptions are not up to date.

we then went on holiday for 2 weeks but it has been okay

since we got back

Been off in La Manga since 1.00pm

Had to watch F1 on Spanish tv Alonso is always the winner even when he comes 2nd!!!

I spoke to soon. it went off again yesterday

about 7-30pm and was going off and on until

about 9pm.

It is okay this morning (so far), if it happens again

I will be straight onto the phone.

What area do you live in? You should speak to Torresat TV. Went into the office today and the girl told me that they are all legal and all the stuff in the papers is rubbish! You should see if they do your area. We've had no prolems at all with our telly, give them a call!

We have had so many problems with Teleast. I am so sick and tired with losing my signal and I  can´t get hold of anyone at the office, they don´t answer the phones.

By the way I believe Torresat are nothing to do with Teleast. 

If you can buy a large dish like we have on our other villa there's no problems there and no monthly charges!

Overall the quality, service and option of channels selection seems to be getting worse by the day. 

I know one thing for sure, they wouldnt last a week in the UK providing such a sub standard service.
