Hi everyone. We are trying to contact anyone who is trying to get their monies back from the above property. We won our case over two years ago and the developer had 3 months to appeal which he did 3 months later and to date the appeal has not been heard or decided on in court and there is no court case list giving any idea of how much longer this will take.
