Maria de Castro (costaluz lawyers) wins my case against el patio

Hi all

Just to let you know that after a 7 year fight against ACC and the el patio development marianand her team successfully won my case in court and 4 weeks ago I received my full deposit back!!! The interest and expenses is to follow!!

OK, so did the Bank refuse the initial execution of the Bank Guarantee and force you to take legal action to execute it and obtain the refund?

Which Bank was it?
