The need for more effective monitoring systems and enforceable regulatory controls

I watched Inside Job after reading about it on here. I knew the situation was a scandal but had no idea how big and blatant a scandal was, absolutely godsmackingly shocking. And yet a lot of the sheisters involved at the outset and responsible for the mess are still working in finance today and still raking in millions, many for the US government. I couldn't believe Greenspan was subsequently made head of the Federal Reserve...........If there is one thing guaranteed to set my rage roaring and blood pressure soaring it is this subject, it has affected and hurt so many including us it really makes me feel like commiting a heinous crime against the bastards. Apologies for the language but this really is as polite as I can get when talking about this. Will anything change? I doubt it, they (governments and banks) will make a few whimpering concessions, maybe, but power corrupts and greed seems to know no bounds and so it will go on.

It will go on so long as Jo Public remains unaware of the extent of this scandal. Hence the need to educate Jo public Poppyseed.
I still would like some answers to my questions however!
