Refridgerated vans
The Comments |
Hi gang,
very simple really, I want to start a food business and ideally was going to buy a couple of refridgerated vans in the UK to use in Spain, buy have been told this is illegal, even if the business is registered as Spanish, where do you even start with that.
So am wanting to know any good Spanish websites for second hand vans, or any good - wont pull your pants down - garages that sell vans in the Andalucia area (or even Alicante way).
Many thanks
Jay

I believe that commercial vehicles (right hand drive) cannot be re registered in Spain. Also, if you plan to cross European borders, there are stronger restrictions as to the status of the refridgerated vehicle. I was looking into this some years ago and as far as I know, the rules are similar. here is an interesting read but although it's from October 2009, it will give you an idea of the regulations.
