A gentleman I know is selling his Spanish apartment he has owned it for 10 years paid 120000 sterling and spent 40000 pounds doing it up
He has an offer of 300000 pounds and wonders what costs he will have to pay its in Majorca if this is any different from MAINLAND
I think an AGENT/LAWYER in the background may be confusing/ripping him off
This is not really my field so if anyone has recent experience or greater knowledge on this subject
