Hello If we lived in Spain! And my husband continues in his job in Ireland can he pay all his taxes in Spain rather than Ireland also would this be better for us regarding health care etc..

Usually if a person lives in Spain for 183 days or more in any year they must pay their income tax in Spain on their worldwide assets. There are also other considerations, including even if one does not spend that much time in Spain, if their ‘centre of activities’ or their family home etc are in Spain then again Tax is due here.
That said, the double taxation agreements Spain has with various countries varies so I would suggest you consult the agreement with Ireland. You will find it on the web.
