Preliminary Hearing Last Week. Now another 19 month wait.

Our preliminary hearing was last week and we have just been told that our next hearing will not be for another 19 month. Is this normally the timescale?. Thanks in advance. Angela

Had my prelim at the end of Jan and the next hearing is at the end of April.

Its a hearing where both sides put the evidence across to decide if there is a case to answer too, I think.

our hearing was in murcia and the next hearing is in murcia. It has taken 3 year to get to this stage.

Our hearing was regarding an off plan development which the developer did not obtain a FLO. We decided to hire the services of a lawyer to try and recover our deposit. We are trying to get our contract cancelled, the lawyer started proceedings 3 year ago.
