UK Car to Spanish plates

What documentation do I need and where do I write or attend to change a UK registered car to Spanish plates? I am not resident in Spain.

We used a lady called Amanda who was brilliant. It's quite expensive & a horrendous experience if you try to do it yourself but Amanda was amazing & definitely one of the cheapest. Her advice is clear & she knows what she's doing. Her number is (0034) 625864373.
