He is a volunteer helper (not a translator as was wrongly reported in the press). If you need to speak to him, you will have to go to the station between 9 am and 1 pm.
He does not actually help with filling in the forms but will advise.
Incidentally, there is no such thing as an I D for non-Spanish residents (apply for their I.D`s). We must register on the EU Citizens Register. It is not an ID. The only ID Brits have is their ORIGINAL passport.

This is the latest info regarding the requirements for EU Citizen Registration.

- Seguro de enfermedad con cobertura durante su período de residencia equivalente a la proporcionada por el Sistema Nacional de Salud (pensionistas será suficiente con documento que acredite que tienen derecho a asistencia con cargo al Estado que le paga la pensión).
- Prueba de recursos suficientes (mínimo 5.007,81 euros)
ESTUDIANTES.
