In the report of the Administrators appointed by the Court, there were individual records of each debtor.
In some of them, the Administrators appointed by the Court said the amounts where guaranteed by Banco Pastor, though the buyer never received his BG.
Based on this declaration of the Public Administrator, we've made a succesful claim against the Bank and got an agreement.
