Golf partner

Hello, My husband (late 50's) would like to have a few rounds of golf from time to time but doesn't have a partner to play with. He has a high handicap but getting better all the time! We have a holiday home in La Cala de Mijas area and stay several months of the year (arriving again 28th August 2014 for a couple of months). Is anyone else looking for someone to play golf with or know of any golfing associations in the area that he can join) Many thanks

The Lounge Bar in Benalmadena have a golf society which plays each Wednesday usually (but not exclusively) at courses to the west of them so it should suit your location. A friendly bunch of people consisting of ex-pats, lone stayers and holidaymakers.
