With relation to running your business from home; NO, I doubt it very much. I am in Valencia and there is nothing. If you are younger than 35 you will get a reduction on your social security payments, a flat rate of 50 euros instead of 280euros/month. You will be like any other autonomo working from home or on the road. It makes no difference. There is no income threashold for tax payments or anything of the sorts, if that is what you had in mind. You will pay tax on the first and and last euro earned.

If you live on an urbanisation check that there is nothing in the community rules that excludes you running a business from home, sometimes they include exclusions for certain types of business for example some businesses that involve catering, manufacturing that could create noise

Same taxes as in an office. Depending if you are "autonomo" or create a company, some house bills can be deducted.

Going on from the under 35 incentive, this is also available.
New autonomos that have not been registered as autonomo in the past five years may apply for a discount of 80% for six months, followed by 50% for six months, followed by 30% for three months. For those below the age of 30 (men) or 35 (women) the 30% discount is also extended for a further 15 months.
I'm not sure if this applies to the whole of Spain or just certain regions
