searching for a town to start a Bed and Breakfast

hola a todos...Like many of you, my husband (South African) and I (Spanish) want to move to Spain and start a B&B or Casa Rural. The problem is we do not know where to start looking for a town,,,, i would love to hear how others have gone about choosing a city or town or village. We would like to cater for the outdoor type but not too far from the sea.

Any help or advice would be so appreciated...(i am fluent in Spanish and my husband can get by)

The story of your search for your ideal B&B would make for a very interesting thread, are you aiming at hikers, tourers or trippers from the costas? I reckon that if you had a place that can be easily found, in or on the outskirts of somewhere of historical interest, then you would be in business.
