Non Resident Bank Accounts

I have just put a deposit on a house near Mazarron and I have been told by my solicitor that I need to open a non residents Spanish Bank Account to pay utiliity bills such as electric and water.
This is because although I plan to move permanently to Spain in the next 2 years, I will initially be non resident
Can anyone recommend an account with zero fees or minimal fees
