long term rental advice

I am coming to Alicante in June to view some properties for long term rental over 2 days, I have chosen various properties I want to view but they are with various different agents. I read somewhwere that in spain you can choose one estate agent and they can show you other agencies properties and they will split the commision. Is anyone aware of this and does anyone have any agents they can recommend in the Alicanty city/ El Campanello area
