E-bike rental service

Looking at Motorhome Forums there appears to be issues with electric bikes in Spain that have throttles like motorcycles, the Spanish police are checking to see if the owners have mandatory road insurance (like a motor vehicle insurance) and if not issuing €1000 fines. Apparently there are 2 types of electric bikes that use differing power methods applied by the rider. Worth investigating to make sure you don't buy the wrong type.
