Some advice please.
We are living temporarily in Costa Blanca and and have broken all our own rules of not getting involved with a dog or cat!!!
But "Hey Presto" seemed to have inherited a rather nice wee, young female cat that obviously calls this villa garden home and , yes, have fed her. (Please don't be too harsh on us !!!! we are massive animal lovers and can't bare to think of a hungry wee thing struggling to survive in a cold winter)
Anyway think this wee female cat just got caught by a big Tom cat that has suddenly appeared in the garden over the past few nights. He has attitude, is determined and quite fearless in the face of human intervension, almost defiant in stance!!!!!
It is our belief that the wee female cat may be in heat and is now "Done For" by big afore mentioned "Bad Tom"!!
If this wee female cat is compromised can anyone suggest where we go to get help to improve her situation.
Vets or Cat rescue organisations for the spaying process?
We feel obligated to offer this wee mite a helping hand, if only to improve her Spanish way of life!!!!!!!
Taking her home with us would be a completely selfish act as we live in Scotland with a really crap climate.
Really just want to get her spayed and help her to have a nice life in the sun after we have gone home.
Any feedback is so appreciated.
