Buses from la linea to sabinillas

We land in Gibraltar on Friday 29th Jan at 7pm. I believe the last bus from la linea is 7pm. Is this correct? If so can anyone advise on how much in taxi. I am travelling with partner and toddler.

Last bus is 19:45  Mon-Sat and Sundays & Holidays last bus is at 20.45

Looks like 40 euros per person plus maybe a supplement of 0.62 pp for border pick up and 0.43 for each case.

I did not see anything about the age of passengers re the charges.  You did not say how old 'the toddler' is  otherwise I would have called the office for you  and enquired.

I did see though, on that web page provided by NIgel, you can book on line.

Thanks for the replies! 40 euros each for taxi seems steep. Surely for the journey not per person? My baby is 2. Flight lands at 7pm so not thinking we will make the 7.45 bus. 

Is there a link to the bus timetables and a map anywhere on how to find the bus stop please?

I read the last bus at 7pm on a Friday not 7.45. Taxi it will have to be! Thanks anyway. 

Aimee.   I just called the taxi  service, details on web page supplied by Nigel. They did not speak any English. They said the fare for a Saturday at around 7 pm, for 2 adults and a child, La Linea to Sabanillas, is about 45 euros.  

It would seem the distance is about 25 Kms / 15 miles.

On the web page provided by Nigel there is contact page where you can book the taxi.  From the Home page, click 'servicios' then click 'Solitude de  servicios via internet'. Although it is in Spanish it should be fairly easy to understand

You can put in the ourney date, start and end of journey and its lists the times and costs for that day.

But one needs to select Línea de la Concepción, La

and for Sab its called 'San Luis de Sabinillas'

n.b.   Do not let the browser translate it - else the date input does not work.

It enables you to reserve a seat on the coach and print your own ticket (in English or Spainish).  Neat.
