My solicitor forwarded on the Escritura but I am unsure exactly which parts of the apartment are my responsibility and which parts are owned/maintained by the community. In the UK I would be looking for the section under the description "Demised Premises" Is there a Spanish equivalent?

Community site administration is what your looking for but to give you some idea you will have to pay a community charge for the upkeep  of the building and swimming pools / associated ground's and so on this charge is set by the community committee headed by a President that is voted in.

Thanks for the offer to look Maria but I have managed to get it translated with the help of a neighbour. It is not as dteailed as my property in the UK though.

Windtalker, am having a meeting with the administrator to clarify what are my responsibilities and what are the community's
