Spanish property deeds.

My solicitor forwarded on the Escritura but I am unsure exactly which parts of the apartment are my responsibility and which parts are owned/maintained by the community. In the UK I would be looking for the section under the description "Demised Premises" Is there a Spanish equivalent?

Community site administration is what your looking for but to give you some idea you will have to pay a community charge for the upkeep of the building and swimming pools / associated ground's and so on this charge is set by the community committee headed by a President that is voted in.
