Renting

Hi,

i have a 2 bedroom apartment in Arsenal golf in benalmadna,I rented last year first few months rent was paid then

since last May no rent,what can I do.anyone had this 

please advise.

Advise is...Go see your solicitor.

Have you been in touch with the tenant to ask why if they are not answering your calls or emails you should go round to your property and demand payment  but you will probably find the property empty and abandoned especially if it is Brits you have rented to so take a spare set of keys with you .

PS .I just noticed you have not received any rent since last may 2015 why on earth have you left this so long.

I book a two bedrooms apartment from here** EDITED - Against forum rules **which is cheapest and suitable for my family and me. It gives me a safe of some money to the next one. Does any have any idea with them?
