A delicate question

Hi

We rent an appartment 4 months a year on the Costa Blanca & are due our next two month stay in April. Unexpectadely, I had to undergo major surgery in January which went well but, unfortunately, has left me mildly incontinent (hopefully temporary) & needing to use male incontinence products. I don't really want to fill my suitcase with large quantities of these products from the UK & I'm certain similar products must be easily & widely available in Spain but it's not something I've previously needed to check. I would be grateful for any advice on the availability/cost of such products in Spain.
