Hello, I've just registered on this informative website. We're just going through the process of buying a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Villamartin. Complete novices at it and I'm trying to collate as much information as possible. My first question is when the current owners vacate, how are final meter readings taken on electric and water? Our estate agent said that these are normally estimated, but here in England we read them and ring our providers?
Could anyone give us their experiences or blogs on buying and then renting as a holiday home. The whole set up of it would be massively appreciated!
