Double cream in spain

not sure if this is silly question but is double cream readily available in Spain not uht style
i heard parts of Portugal only have uht cream

If you told us where in Spain it would help. A lot is UHT but you can get fresh in certain supermarkets and Iceland stores.
Double cream is para montar.

Hi thanks for replies
i use double cream to make ice cream
have heard not readily available in some parts
it would be Murcia region but would require larger quantities probaly litre or 2 litre jugs
perhaps cash & carry or wholesale outlet

Panaderías use fresh cream in their cakes, not UHT. If you want to buy litres at a time they may sell you some. It's worth asking!
