Advice needed.
We are legally persuing a refund from the bank UCI due to the overpayed interest on our 2006 mortgage.
It is over 4 months since our lawyer presented our case to the court and Bank but the bank remains 'buisness as usual' demanding our mortgage payments every month and penalties for late payments.
Should we continue to pay this ortgae or suapend them whilst everything is in dispute? Help please?

Dont think about not paying the mortgage Jack, that will bite you back and leave you in trouble.
Banks don't give a monkeys and the law is slow and communication is pretty poor. I often wonder if Spaniards have to put up with such rubbish! EU for ever eh (not)

This mortgage interest thing is a recent ruling by the EU so you will eventually get paid out what you are owed plus interest this will take time .......so the last thing you want to do is stop paying your mortgage as this will only run up a Dept owing to the Bank and they wiil charge you interest on top of the interest on the any money thats owing to them that is how banks make money.
