Where are the touristic areas of Lanzarote?

How can I find out where the touristic areas of Lanzarote are? I need it to see if letting out is legally or not.

No such thing as a touristic area ....What you will find is that a percentage of property's on a urbanization are licenced holiday let's but beware if you intend to pay for the property off the back of holiday rentals think again ...The only way that works is if you can find renters yourself/prepare the property for renting yourself and be on hand to sort out any problems that renters have otherwise you have to pay the agents to Handel everything and by the time they have taken their cut you will be left with only a few Euro's ... Another big problem you will have is that the agents will let your property out and keep the money this is a big problem in Spain.
