key holder wanted - la duquesa

hello,my wife and i have a two bed apartment in la duquesa and we are looking to rent the property when we are not using it,we are looking for someone to hold the keys ,clean the property ,maintain the apartment and even to obtain bookings via the internet etc ,we would like to here from local ex pats who could do this for us and come to some arrangment as to the charges involved .we would appreciate references if possible,thanks for your time regards michael dodds

I am in Sabinillas next door to you. This sounds an exciting and important job. Just a few questions if you don’t mind. Do you require UK or Spanish references and do they need to be certified?. How is the candidate expected to obtain bookings by internet and what is etc? Is this a proper legal job with state benefits or is it cash in hand no questions asked and no tax paid?
