tax on pension
The Comments |
I am tax resident in Spain. I have cashed in my pension pot, about 60000€ but left it in UK bank. I will have to declare it on my annual assets abroad form, as I already did, but will I have tp pay tax on it? If so how much?
Thanks for any advice.

Being tax resident, except for a crown pension ( military, police, etc) which although not taxable is ‘taken into consideration’ and rental income, you need to make a tax declaration in spain and pay tax on your worldwide income
With the double taxation agreement 2013, you will be exempt from tax in U.K.
