Having had our case against Aroca Sequeir in Torrevieja on 23rd Jan - we have just received the verdict. Out of 7 in the syndicate, 5 won and 2 lost. I was one of the 2. I don't know the details yet but should find out on monday. I moved into the property 5 Jan 2005! I smell an appeal. Spanish Justice ay?
