I'm selling my 2 bedroom flat in Torrequebrada(Malaga)

I'm advertising it with 2 real state agents but they charge a 5% fee.

Is there a good platform to advertise it without this high fees?

Not sure how many see it, though. Suggest you contact a few estate agents and see what their fees are although the rip-off 5% seems standard.

And make sure you get an estimate on other fees like notary, solicitor, plus valia etc.

I used a large banner which worked marvellously, but there again it did have a good location to attract attention.

You can buy a simple "Se Vende" sign with a space to put a telephone number from your local Chinese todo - they cost €1 to €2 depending on size.

I invested in a bespoke banner from the local printer  which was a lot larger and cost €50, but saved a whole lot more.
