HELP WITH RESIDENCY

Hello I'm looking for some advice

I'm trying to move to Spain this year in time to get my residency

but can anyone tell me when the cut off date is please ?

Hopefully when I find somewhere to live it will be in Cartagena. 

It is best to get it done before the 3st December 2020. The rules change in 2021 and it will be much difficult to obtain then.

I am not sure there are any rule changes. The criteria for non EU nationals residency will apply and this will mean proof of a higher level of income/wealth and proof of healthcare. Documented entry at border control. Those Brits who are unable to meet the new criteria should not be contemplating ways round or breaking another countries immigration laws.

Spain already has up to 700,000 British expats living under the radar who think Spanish taxation and residency is game for a laugh.
