all saints day and halloween query?

we are going to be in torrevieja for four days from 31st oct to 4 th nov. does anyone know if there will be any parades or activites relating to these celebrations or is it just a holiday where everything goes quiet?(bar the fire works!!!!)bringing parents over to view our property for the first time and want them to love it as we do!!!
