Which mortgage conditions to chose

Hi Smiley.
We are thinking of remortgaging our property here in the UK to pay for our spanish home outright. Your advice would be appreciated.

Hi John, read posts in this thread Switching Mortgage from Spain to UK much info for you in it. Sounds like a Spanish mortgage would be better as you save on wealth tax. There's been lots said about having a Spanish mortgage even if you can pay cash. This message was last edited by morerosado on 3/4/2008.
